Carlton Osborne, CEO and Co-Founder of AnimalBiome, leads a passionate team of animal-lovers who are on a mission to revolutionize animal health. We use the latest microbiome science to improve the health of companion animals. Carlton started his career as an attorney in Silicon Valley with Latham & Watkins and Fenwick & West but left the practice of law over 15 years ago to become an entrepreneur. AnimalBiome is Carlton’s fifth venture-backed start-up, including three that IPO’d (LEXR, MDLA and USER). Carlton earned his JD from Stanford Law School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
